These surveys are conducted on behalf of your specialist
association in order to determine the scope of private
practice. The Department of Health requires these
submissions for its 2009 tariff determinations.
Submission requirements have been published in the
Government Gazette No. 30110, which should be read in
conjunction with the Council for Medical Schemes
Circular 69 of 2005 and, of course, the National Health
Act 61 of 2003.
Your participation is essential. All information will be
dealt with in the strictest confidence and will only be
available to HealthMan with whom your Society has
entered into a necessary confidentiality and
non-disclosure agreement.
